Olshan Counsels iON Worldwide in Chapter 11 Filing

Firm News

Reuters and The Wall Street Journal reported that Olshan client iON Worldwide Inc, a Delaware company that makes wearable digital recorders, and point and view cameras, voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 in Delaware after agreeing to a restructuring support agreement with one of its lenders, which would cut more than $15 million in debt and allow iON to remain active  in growing business. The reorganization will not adversely impact the operations of the company or its value but in fact strengthen the company for the future. Olshan Bankruptcy attorneys Michael Fox and Jonathan Koevary serve as counsel to iON Worldwide.
