Numerex Adds Viex Capital Advisors’ Eric Singer to Board

Olshan client Viex Capital Advisors, LLC entered into an agreement with Numerex Corp., pursuant to which the Company appointed Eric Singer to its Board of Directors and agreed to nominate a new independent director, Brian Igoe, Chief Investment Officer of the Rainin Group, Inc., for election to the Board at the Company’s 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The Olshan team representing Viex Capital Advisors, LLC included Steve Wolosky, and Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman.
