Olshan Represents Client in Purchase of NBA Union Harlem Headquarters

Bloomberg Business reported that the union representing National Basketball Association players has contracted to sell its Harlem headquarters at Lenox Avenue and 125^th Street for $21 million. The organization is relocating to a 47,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility in midtown Manhattan. Olshan real estate attorneys Samuel Ross, Hyman Kindler, Dov Brandstatter and Jessica Stanton represented the purchaser, 310 Lenox Avenue LLC.
