605 W. 42nd St. to Become One of Largest NY Apartment Buildings

New York’s “Yes, In My Back Yard” blog reported on the significant progress made on the construction of Moinian’s 605 West 42nd Street, which is poised to become one of the largest apartment buildings in New York City. With 1,174 units, the residential building will have a major retail component. Construction is expected to be completed at the end of 2015, at which point, the tower will stand 60 stories and 656 feet tall. Alexander Ferrini is representing the Moinian in connection with the construction of the project.
