Media Reports on Roket’s Lease at 8 Times Square

The New York Post and Law360 reported that Foot Locker Inc. has leased all three retail levels, totaling 36,000 square feet, at 8 Times Square. Nina Roket represented Building co-owners Himmel + Meringoff and The Swig Co. in the Foot Locker lease.
