Olshan Client Magnetic Construction Group Corp. Restores Historic Knickerbocker Hotel

Curbed recently previewed the Knickerbocker Hotel in Times Square highlighting a tour inside the historic building which is scheduled to reopen on February 12^th, returning to its original use as a luxurious hotel. The Knickerbocker, a Beaux-Arts gem at the corner of 42nd Street and Broadway, was built by John Jacob Astor IV. The renovation was performed by Olshan client Magnetic Construction Group Corp. and features the restoration of many of the building’s historic details.
