Lustigman Leads Olshan Team Defending California Class Action

A federal district court in Los Angeles recently denied class certification in a putative class action alleging that charges for defendants’ services were placed on a business’ phone bill without authorization.   The Olshan team that worked on this matter included Andrew Lustigman, Scott Shaffer, and Alexander Sperber, as well as support from Michael Fox and Jordanna Nadritch.
