Gursky Advises Kate Spade on Watch License with Fossil

Women's Wear Daily (subscription required) reported that Fossil Group Inc. has signed a global licensing agreement for watches under the Kate Spade New York brand with Kate Spade & Co. The new watch collection will be sold in Kate Spade New York stores and through global retailers beginning in 2016. Olshan Partner Steve Gursky advised Kate Spade on the license.
