Goldberg Handles Sale of Miracle Mile Shops on Las Vegas Strip to Investment Partnership

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that the Miracle Mile Shops, a 200-store indoor mall within the Planet Hollywood Resort located on the Las Vegas strip, has been sold by a joint venture of Tristar Capital and RFR Holdings to an investment partnership for approximately $1.1 billion. The 475,000 square-foot mall is celebrated as one of the 10 busiest malls in the country. Real Estate partners Eric Goldberg and Nina Roket initially represented the venture in the purchase of the mall in 2003. Nina then began handling the repositioning of the leases in the mall for several years. Eric thereafter represented the venture in several refinancings, culminating in this sale. Eric led the Olshan team that served as co-counsel to the venture in the sale, which included Tax and Personal Planning partner  Warren Gleicher and Jason Saltsberg from Corporate/Securities Law .
