Firm News

The Puget Sound Business Journal (subscription required), The Seattle Times, Commercial Property Executive and other media outlets reported that a joint venture of Tristar Capital and RFR Holding recently acquired Facebook’s new Dexter Station office building from developer Capstone Partners for $286 million.  The 10-story, 335,000 square-foot office building is located in Seattle, Washington and is Facebook’s largest engineering outpost outside of the company’s Silicon Valley headquarters.  This is the third South Lake Union district office building that Tristar and RFR have acquired since November, all of which Olshan represented for a total of almost $800 million. Real Estate partner Eric Goldberg led the Olshan team that represented the joint venture, which also included Hyman Kindler.
