Olshan Client GlobalOptions to Merge with Walker Digital

DailyFinance.com reported that Olshan client GlobalOptions Group, Inc. entered into an agreement to merge with Walker Digital, LLC. Following closing, GlobalOptions intends to be re-named Patent Properties, Inc. and intends to develop and commercialize the patent and other intellectual property assets created by Walker Digital, the research and development lab founded and led by internationally recognized inventor and entrepreneur Jay Walker. Olshan attorney Robert Friedman counseled GlobalOptions in connection with the transaction.
