Olshan Client GlobalOptions Completes Merger with Walker Digital

DailyFinance.com and other media sources reported that Olshan client GlobalOptions Group, Inc. has completed its merger with Walker Digital, LLC and will do business as PatentProperties, Inc. The company will develop and commercialize the patent and other intellectual property assets created by Walker Digital, the research and development lab founded and led by internationally recognized inventor and entrepreneur Jay Walker. In connection with the merger, the company also completed an $11.6 million PIPE offering of common stock and warrants.
