Olshan Client Gemini to Open Bryant Park Location of The Jade Hotel

CityBizList and Real Estate Weekly reported that Olshan client Gemini Real Estate Advisors will open a new location of its boutique brand Jade Hotel at 34-36 W. 38th Street, just steps from Bryant Park. Capitalizing on the success of the Jade Hotel’s Greenwich Village location, Gene Kaufman Architect, P.C. will again join with Atelier & Co. to design the new location. Alexander Ferrini is representing Gemini in its construction and design agreements for the 114-room hotel, which is set to open in late 2015.
