Olshan Client FrontFour Capital Reaches Agreement with ClubCorp Holdings for Board Representation

Olshan client FrontFour Capital reached an agreement with ClubCorp Holdings pursuant to which two independent directors, Emanuel R. Pearlman and Simon M. Turner, were appointed to ClubCorp’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel represent FrontFour Capital in connection with its investment in ClubCorp.
