Engaged Capital Wins Two Board Seats and Ousts Chairman of Rovi Corporation

Bloomberg and other local and media sources covered the successful completion of Engaged Capital’s activist campaign at Rovi Corporation which sought to add shareholder representation to its Board of Directors. Engaged Capital’s candidates, Glenn Welling and Raghavendra Rau, were elected by the company’s shareholders to serve as directors at Rovi’s May 13^th annual meeting of shareholders replacing Rovi’s Chairman of the Board and another long-standing incumbent.  Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel represented Engaged Capital in connection with the election contest at Rovi.
