Olshan Represents Code Rebel in Initial Public Offering

The firm represented Code Rebel Corporation in its underwritten initial public offering of 1,000,983 shares of common stock, which closed on May 19, 2015.  Code Rebel’s shares now trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol CDRB. The lead underwriter for the offering was Burnham Securities Inc. Code Rebel is an enterprise software company that develops, licenses and supports computer software designed for employee productivity and enterprise security across multiple platforms. Code Rebel was co-founded by its computer engineering team to address the demand in the marketplace for secure interoperability between mobile, desktop and server environments with seamless interaction between Apple and Microsoft devices and software. The company supports its enterprise licensees from diverse industries, including banking, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical, education and telecommunications. Code Rebel is headquartered in Kahului, Hawaii and is the first IPO of an Hawaiian-based technology company since 2005. The net proceeds of the offering will be used primarily to expand and increase Code Rebel’s marketing efforts to promote the sale of its iRAPP® products to both PC and Mac enterprise and retail customers. 

Leading the transaction was Spencer G. Feldman, with substantial assistance from Kenneth A. Schlesinger, as well as Jason D. Cabico.
