Olshan Client Tribeca Associates Restores Historic Bush Tower

Firm News

The New York Times featured the renovation of the historic Bush Tower, located on West 42nd Street, originally finished in 1918 and meant to be an indispensable core where buyers from stores everywhere could see the latest wares of hundreds of manufacturers under one roof, known as the Buyers’ Club. The $27 renovation, being co-performed by Olshan client Tribeca Associates, includes returning the three original Gothic arches to its lower façade. Construction Law partner Alexander Ferrini is representing Tribeca in connection with the construction and design agreements for the project.
