Olshan Client Bonjour Capital Secures $26M for Bed-Stuy Apartment Building
The Real Deal and Crain’s New York Business reported that Olshan client Bonjour Capital secured a $26 million long-term mortgage from Mercantile Bank for 333 Greene Street, Brooklyn, New York. Bonjour Capital and its principal Charles Dayan took over the unfinished 12-story apartment building when they acquired the construction mortgage and foreclosed on the site. Dayan bought out his partner to consolidate his hold on an $18 million mortgage from Banco Popular. Leasing began in April 2014 after seven years of delays. Read the previous news item here.
