Olshan Client Sidus Investment Management Obtains Board Representation at Harte Hanks

Olshan client Sidus Investment Management has reached an agreement with Harte Hanks pursuant to which two new independent directors were appointed to Harte Hanks’ Board of Directors.  As part of the agreement, a current director resigned from the Board and Harte Hanks appointed  Alfred V. Tobia, Jr. and Melvin L. Keating to the Board.  Steve Wolosky and Meagan Reda represent Sidus Investment Management in connection with its investment in Harte Hanks.
