Law 360 Reports on Shaffer’s Boxing Litigation for Guerrero

Law 360 (subscription required) reported that Fernando Guerrero, a high-ranking boxer, is suing Prize Fight Promotions LLC in Tennessee federal court for allegedly concealing how much the company made from his bouts in violation of his contract and the federal Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act. Scott A. Shaffer is lead counsel to Guerrero on the suit.
