Bisceglie Leads Olshan Team in GLO Victory

Both The New York Times and The New York Post reported that the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Judge Kevin Castel, ruled in favor of our client Dr. Jonathan B. Levine and “GLO” by denying GoSMILE, Inc.’s preliminary injunction against Dr. Levine. “GLO” was accused of violating common trademark laws and branding itself to confuse the public into associating “GLO” with GoSmile. Kyle C. Bisceglie lead the Olshan team through a demanding two months of discovery battles and evidentiary hearings. The Olshan team working on this case include Joshua S. Androphy, Peter M.
