WSJ Features Biglari Holdings in Cracker Barrel Contest

The Wall Street Journal features Olshan’s client Biglari Holdings Inc. and the management style and board nomination of Sardar Biglari, Chairman and CEO. Cracker Barrel, a restaurant and gift store, recently adopted a poison-pill antitakeover provision and, in turn, Mr. Biglari launched a proxy fight to get himself elected to the Board of Directors. The Biglari team is lead by Activist Practice leader Steve Wolosky.
