Olshan Closes Acquisition and Financing by Fusion Telecommunications

Fusion Telecommunications International Inc. (FSNN) announced that it acquired Network Billing Systems, LLC ("NBS"), a unified communications and cloud services provider.  Olshan provided advice and opinions to Fusion in connection with the simultaneous closing of the acquisition, senior debt and mezzanine debt financing.  Robert Frome and Jason Saltsberg represented Fusion in the transactions.
