Washington Post Reports on Wattles Proxy Settlement

Wattles Capital Management settled its proxy dispute with Circuit City resulting in three board seats for Wattles. Simultaneously, Circuit City announced that it is commencing a sale process and has agreed to permit Blockbuster and Carl Icahn to perform due diligence. The results were widely reported including in the Washington Post. Steve Wolosky, Andrew M. Freedman and Amanda S. Lamson represent Wattles in the proxy dispute.
