Media Reports on Steel Partners II Restructuring and Icahn Dispute

Olshan's client Steel Partners II plans to restructure its fund into a publicly traded entity by merging with credit provider WebFinancial LP, which the fund already controls. Carl Icahn, one of the fund's investors, has filed suit against Steel Partners II to halt the transaction. The Daily Deal, Wall Street Journal (subscriptions required) and AmLaw Daily and reported on the deal and the litigation.
