S&P Reports on J.P. Morgan Spin-off of BSAM Loan Assets to UrsaMine

Standard & Poor's Leveraged Commentary & Data unit reported on the successful completion of the spin-off by J.P. Morgan Asset Management of $1.7 billion of loan assets previously managed by Bear Stearns Asset Management (BSAM), including four CLO funds and a commingled unlevered fund, to UrsaMine Credit Advisors LLC, a new firm formed by Justin Driscoll and Niall Rosenzweig, the portfolio managers for those funds at BSAM.

Yehuda Markovits and Victor M. Rosenzweig represented UrsaMine and its principals in the transaction.
