Olshan Litigator Wins Summary Judgment Motion

Law 360 recently reported on the lawsuit brought by our client Guidance Endodontics against Dentsply International and Tulsa Dental. In the most recent Law 360 article about this case, the presiding federal judge determined that Guidance’s suit should be tried. The case involves breach of an exclusive manufacturing and supply agreement, anti-competitive and unfair business practices under the New Mexico Unfair Trade Practices Act and Lanham Act violation.  The jury trial is currently scheduled to begin on September 21, 2009.
