Wolosky and Markovits Lead Team in Western Sizzlin’s Merger

The Boston Globe reported on Western Sizzlin Corporation's merger announcement with The Steak n Shake Company under which Steak n Shake would acquire 100% of Western Sizzlin’s outstanding stock for debentures issued by Steak n Shake. Olshan is acting as counsel to the special committee of the board of directors of Western Sizzlin in the transaction, which is subject to stockholder approval as well as other customary closing conditions.
