SF Business Times Reports on Ramius’ Settlement with Phoenix Technologies

The San Francisco Business Times reported on the successful negotiation of a settlement by Olshan's client Ramius LLC with Phoenix Technologies Inc. According to the article, Phoenix agreed to add five new directors, chosen by Ramius, to its Board. Phoenix also agreed to appoint a Ramius representative as Chairman of the Board. Ramius LLC, which owns about 13.8 percent of Phoenix’s stock, had put forward a slate of four directors for election at the next annual meeting.

Steve Wolosky, Andrew M. Freedman and Jason W. Soncini represented Ramius in the settlement.
