Bisceglie Quoted in Law 360 on $44 Million Verdict for Guidance

Kyle C. Bisceglie was quoted in Law 360 (subscription required) on Dentsply’s failure to remove nearly $3.6 million in future damages from a $44 million jury verdict in favor of Guidance. Judge Browning of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico rejected Dentsply's arguments that Guidance had not specifically argued for future damages prior to the trial, thus preventing Dentsply from refuting Guidance's future damages calculations. Kyle, who led the Olshan team representing Guidance, was quoted as saying “This decision just validates that we had a very thoughtful judge and a very thoughtful jury and there's no reason to overturn their decisions.”
