NY Post Highlights Gateway’s Merger with Sillerman

The New York Post highlighted the reverse merger that Gateway Industries and media mogul Robert F.X. Sillerman struck which resulted in Sillerman owning 99% of Gateway, a publicly held shell, and recapitalizing and renaming the newly constituted company Function (X). Mr. Sillerman controls the rights to Elvis Presley and Muhammad Ali, the operations of Graceland, and proprietary rights to the So You Think You Can Dance and American Idol television series. Steve Wolosky, Kenneth A. Schlesinger, Ron S. Berenblat and Amanda S. Lamson represent Gateway in this matter.
