The CCO and the Activist Investor: Understanding Shareholder Activism

Olshan Activist and Equity Investment Practice Chair Steve Wolosky spoke at The Changing Face of Activism: Reaching Common Ground in a Polarized World seminar hosted by the Arthur W. Page Society. The two-day seminar took place on April 6-7, 2017 and addressed the issue of stakeholder activism and how it is affecting businesses, economy and the world at large. Steve Wolosky offered his expertise on the panel “The CCO and the Activist Investor: Understanding Shareholder Activism.” This session examined shareholder activism through the lenses of four primary stakeholder groups: activists, business press, specialist agencies, and management/C-suite.
