As part of Olshan's corporate group, Jason participates in numerous kinds of transactions and securities matters. He received his B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan. At Northwestern University School of Law, Jason was a notes and comment editor for the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. Before attending law school, Jason enjoyed a successful career in digital media as a technical team leader and senior developer.
