• The Credit Index, L.L.C. v. RiskWise International L.L.C.. et al., 282 A.D.2d 246, 722 N.Y.S.2d 862 (2d Dept. 2001) (procured affirmance of order denying plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunction).
• Coty Inc. v. Mem Company. Inc., (S.D.N.Y. Civil Action No. 94 Civ. 3054) (procured issuance of preliminary injunction for client, Coty Inc., and thereafter, on consent, a permanent injunction).
• Ecolab v. Paolo. et al., 753 F. Supp. 1100 (E.D.N.Y. 1991) (procured preliminary injunction and thereafter, on consent, permanent injunction for client, Ecolab Inc, in a trade secrets and restrictive covenant matter).
