Randy Friedberg has over 20 years of experience in the protection, licensing and enforcement of intellectual property rights. His practice encompasses trademark and copyright law, unfair competition, trade secrets, advertising law, Internet law and entertainment law. Mr. Friedberg represents clients in a variety of industries, including consumer goods and services, computer software and hardware, pharmaceutical and bio-medical products, media and entertainment and financial services in both corporate work and before state and federal courts and in the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
