Ms. Fischer is a partner in the firm's Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group. Ms. Fischer represents creditors, creditors' committees, debtors, debtor-in-possession lenders, bondholders, and other parties in bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation proceedings, as well as out-of-court restructurings. Ms. Fischer also has significant experience in complex commercial litigation matters, practicing in New York State and federal courts. Ms. Fischer's bankruptcy work includes representation of parties in the telecommunications, technology, retail, national restaurant chains and transportation industries.
Ms. Fischer is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the New York Women's Bar Association, and the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation.
