Mr. Duncan's practice focuses on representing both publicly-traded and closely-held companies in connection with their business acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, security offerings and general corporate matters. He also represents public companies in connection with their day-to-day '34 Act filings and securities law issues.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Duncan was an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP.
