Jonathan H. Deblinger practices in the areas of general corporate and securities law. Mr. Deblinger represents both publicly-traded and privately held companies in a wide range of industries. His principal experience includes representing his clients in their formation, capital raising, going public, general 1933 and 1934 Act matters, compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and other strategic business relationships. Mr. Deblinger also has experience in general business matters including merger and acquisitions, venture capital, investments by high net worth individuals and executive compensation matters.
