As part of Olshan's litigation group, Joshua engages in a variety of commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts, including breach-of-contract, securities, bankruptcy, and real estate matters.
During law school, Joshua was a managing editor for the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. Other honors include Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Moot Court Student Editor.
