Mr. Adler practices corporate and securities law, concentrating on corporate finance, merger and acquisition transactions, business entities and general corporate advice. Mr. Adler represents companies from initial funding, through venture financing rounds and their initial and follow-on public offerings. Thereafter, he counsels public companies on their disclosure obligations and their boards of directors regarding their fiduciary and other duties. He also has extensive experience in going private and going dark transactions. Mr. Adler's practice encompasses representation of both publicly-traded and privately held corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
