Retail Leasing
Back to real estate top page
Our real estate lawyers regularly represent nationally known name brand retailers in the leasing of store locations in Manhattan and throughout the United States. Our lawyers negotiate lease transactions on behalf of our tenant clients, and accordingly, we are well known by, virtually all of the major shopping center landlords in the United States. In addition, we are frequently asked to manage, coordinate and supervise all legal aspects of our clients' nationwide leasing programs. Many of our clients lease stores in some of the most high profile retail shopping areas in the country, including Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue and in Soho in New York City, in East Hampton, New York, on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, and in Los Angeles, Malibu and San Francisco in California, and in South Beach in Florida. We are members of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Mitchell B. Stern of our Real Estate Group is among the leading retail leasing lawyers for tenants who lease stores in malls, shopping centers, outlets centers and street locations throughout the United States. Contact Mitchell B. Stern, Steven R. Gursky or Thomas D. Kearns if you are interested in discussing your retail store leasing needs. |
