As a member of Olshan’s Real Estate Group, Cameron Klein assists with various real estate transactions for real estate owners, developers, purchasers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants.
Cameron helps clients in acquiring, developing, leasing and selling commercial properties. His experience also includes related finance agreements and conducting due diligence analysis.
Before joining Olshan full-time, Cameron worked at the firm as an academic extern during the spring of 2023. While in law school, he helped provide transactional legal assistance to nonprofits and small businesses through his school’s Nonprofit and Small Business Clinic. As a legal intern for the City University of New York’s Office of General Counsel, Cameron conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on emerging legislation and executive orders. During law school, he also spent time working at Gaming Laboratories International and Citi.
