Olshan Chair of Litigation Lori Marks-Esterman will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Role and Intersection of Activists and Shareholders in Governance and M&A Litigation” at BLB&G's Forum for Institutional Investors held from November 15-18 at Conrad New York Downtown.
