Jason counsels corporations, partnerships and individuals on all aspects of U.S. federal and New York State tax law, including tax planning and tax controversy. His experience is focused on a broad range of federal income tax matters, including tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, private investments funds, joint ventures, real estate transactions, and tax-exempt entity issues. Jason earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law in 2011, and his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany in 2004. He is admitted to practice in New York.
Prior to joining Olshan, Jason was an associate at Farrell Fritz, P.C. and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.
