Samuel P. Ross has over 30 years experience representing prominent real estate owners in transactions across the country.

Mr. Ross has been repeatedly named to the New York Super Lawyers list, a Thomson Reuters lawyer rating service, since 2007.

Mr. Ross has represented sellers and purchasers of major office, apartment, and retail buildings as well as hotels.

Mr. Ross has negotiated important ground leases for both ground lessors and ground lessees. His leasing experience includes representing landlords and tenants in office, retail, restaurant and garage leases.


REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
• Represented Seller of 295 Madison Avenue (New York, New York) for $180 million.

• Represented Fee Owner of a former parking garage at 407 East 61st Street, New York, New York to be converted to offices in ground lease with Cornell University as tenant.

• Represented seller of the Delmonico Hotel (502 Park Avenue, New York, New York) to the Trump Organization for $115 million.

• Represented Purchaser of Phillips Point, West Palm Beach for $138 million.

• Represented Purchaser of 2100 Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii from Lehman Bros. for $156 million

• Represented Fee Owner in renegotiation of ground lease of the Lever Building, 390 Park Avenue, New York, New York.

• Represented Fee Owner in amendment of ground lease at 430 Park Avenue, New York, New York.
