MATTEO J. ROSSELLI

Matt Rosselli is an associate in Olshan's litigation department. He has represented public and private companies in complex commercial litigation, focusing on securities, financial, and accounting matters in both federal and state court. Mr. Rosselli has also assisted Fortune 500 clients in internal investigations and government enforcement matters.
Prior to joining Olshan, Mr. Rosselli was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and law clerk to the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

• Represented Big Four accounting firm in connection with securities fraud action and related regulatory inquiries stemming from a restatement by its audit client.
• Represented Fortune 50 company at trial regarding the tax classification of intercompany agreements among international affiliates exceeding $3 billion.
• Represented group of banks in connection with state court action brought by private equity firms seeking to force the funding of a leveraged buyout.
• Represented financial institution in connection with internal investigation to ensure compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
• Represented airline in connection with adversary proceedings with employees and suppliers arising in Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
• Represented pro bono clients in a variety of immigration, employment, and criminal proceedings, including at a federal trial on behalf of underpaid restaurant delivery workers.
