Jordanna Nadritch is an associate in the Business Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group and has a broad range of experience advising clients on a variety of bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Jordanna regularly represents creditors, debtors, investors and other parties in all aspects of corporate restructurings, including restructured lending, distressed sale and reorganization transactions, debtor-in-possession financings and related matters. Jordanna has substantial experience in both out-of-court and in-court restructuring matters.

Jordanna has represented official and unofficial creditors' committees in connection with Collins & Aikman, Home Products International, Inc., HealthSouth Corporation, and UPC Polska, Inc. She has represented equity committees including, most recently, the official equity committee of Calpine Corporation. Jordanna also represented a variety of significant creditors or third party purchasers in restructuring matters, including cases such as Fairpoint Communications, New York City Off-Track Betting Corporation, Champion Motor Group, Sendtec, Inc., KBToys, and NorthWestern Corporation. Most recently Jordanna represented Jennifer Convertibles and its subsidiaries in connection with its chapter 11 cases and the successful confirmation of the company's chapter 11 plan of reorganization.

Previously, Jordanna practiced in the bankruptcy and restructuring group of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
• Representation of largest domestic sofabed retailer in all aspects of its chapter 11 case and its successful emergence from chapter 11.

• Representation of owner and operator of Monticello Raceway in connection with its recovery of statutory commissions in the chapter 9 bankruptcy case of New York's largest off-track betting company.

• Representation of thirteen Vermont municipalities and utility providers in the successful resolution of their pre-petition and post-petition claims in connection with the bankruptcy cases of a large telecommunications debtor.

• Representation of senior secured bondholders in connection with efforts to maximize their recovery in a 363 asset sale of technology service provider's assets.

• Representation of senior secured lender in acquiring senior loan position and all aspects of a section 363 asset sale of largest U.S. Bentley dealership to senior secured lender.

• Representation of international home products producer in restructuring its debt out of bankruptcy.

• Representation of pharmaceutical company in all day to day aspects of its chapter 11 reorganization and its successful emergence from chapter 11.

• Representation of official committee of equity security holders in chapter 11 case of leading energy generation company.

• Representation of unsecured creditor in connection with efforts to recover its multimillion dollar claims in the chapter 11 case of major gas and utility company as well as the prosecution of its fraudulent conveyance action against the debtor.

• Representation of controlling bondholders in connection with prepetition negotiations of pre-packaged reorganization of major timber company and subsequent negotiations of lock-up agreement, plan and disclosure statement in connection with company's emergence from bankruptcy.
