Mr. Goldberg's practice concentrates in the areas of real estate acquisitions, development, financings (including building loan, senior and mezzanine), joint ventures and restructurings. He has represented clients in connection with numerous high-profile transactions, including the purchases of the Citigroup Center Building in New York, New York; Desert Passage in Las Vegas, Nevada; The Sheffield in New York, New York; and purchase and development of high end residential condominium projects in New York City.

Mr. Goldberg has been repeatedly named to the New York Super Lawyers list, a Thomson Reuters lawyer rating service, since 2007 and was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in the The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 in the field of Real Estate Law (Copyright 2011 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.).

Mr. Goldberg received his JD in 1978 from Washington University School of Law, where he served as senior editor of the Washington University Law Quarterly and was Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi; and his BS in 1974 from Cornell University.
